For information on availability and to make your booking at Pension Hoffelner please contact us by email or telephone.

Check-In is from 15:00 on your day of arrival.

Check-Out is by 10:00 on your departure day.

A Deposit of min. € 50 - €150 /person is required before a booking can be confirmed.
We are able to accept credit / debit cards (2% charge) or payment can be made direct via bank transfer to -

CANCELLATION POLICY - All Bookings are taken in good faith and we understand that sometimes there may be extenuating circumstances which prevent travel, any losses incurred should be covered by your Travel Insurance.

Cancellation of Booking with less than 1 months notice - Full amount is due

Cancellation of Booking with more than 1 months notice - Loss of Deposit

Change of Booking: If you wish to change a booking after it has been confirmed, such as type of room etc. a re-booking fee of €25 / person will be charged.

If you wish to change the dates of your booking you risk losing your inital deposit

Up-grading a booking by Room type or Board, for the same dates, is possible ( if available) without an additional charge.

Please Note: that the Pension Hoffelner is an entirely No Smoking establishment and we are also unable to accommodate Pets.

Important Note: Guests are liable to pay for any damages caused to the property during their stay, accidental or otherwise. By making a booking with us, or through a third party, guests are agreeing to cover the cost of any / all damages sustained. Austrian insurance policies do not cover accidental damage, but the cost of Accidental damage is covered by your liability insurance - part of travel insurance.
